Visita Bay is a proposed residential community landscape in Mina Rashid.

The site is enclosed by 4 modern, high end residential buildings overlooking a large central community space. The purpose of this landscape was to draw people out from the adjacent buildings into the centre, promoting community, sociability and connections with one's neighbours.

The result is a surprisingly straightforward and tightly constructed landscape composition providing an abundance of integrated spaces for residents to enjoy; including a large pool and sunbed deck, self-serving bar, outdoor lounge seating, shaded cabanas, expansive lawns and outdoor fitness areas.
